I found all of this very interesting. I don't understand everything but the only white patch I have is about the size of a coin on the left side at my hairline. Since my early 20's this area has been gray. There is no other family incidence of vitiligo.

However we are all gluten and dairy intolerant. I have been on the specific carb diet for 2 years with much improvement. I no longer have fibro, migraines, constipation, bipolar disorder and anxiety. My diet is 80% raw fruit and veg. The other 20% is cooked veg, organic meat, chicken, nuts and olive oil. I am still struggling with chronic fatigue but it is much improved.

This daughter is still eating dairy and gluten. I will send your response to her.

I am a huge Dr. Christopher fan too! I do believe this can be cured with diet and herbs.

I will keep rereading your post as it is very technical for me.
