That is an intriguing question.

I`ve done 48 flushes so far. I sometimes experience dizzy spells, no more than 5 seconds at a time. My moods have stabilized, which is a relief. That is my experience, but not yours.

I believe my own dizzy spells are from sometimes holding my breath, if I am tense about something. Other people have told me I do this. Is it possible that you do that, as well? Otherwise, it might be low blood pressure. You can buy a blood pressure cuff to test yourself and find out.

As for moods, old emotions seem to be stored in body tissues and organs. I`ve noticed moodiness - especially grouchiness, anger and bitterness - seems to be highest just when I need to do a flush, and the days leading up to and following a flush. The liver seems to hold bitter feelings. In my opinion, I think the kidneys and/or pancreas hold depression, as far as a single predominant mood goes. Louise Hay`s books are a good source of information about this. If this is happening with you, kidney cleansing would help. The toxins released during Liver Flushes pass through the kidneys as well as the intestines, skin and breath, so it is possible that the Liver Flushes are involved with your depression.
