Thank you Uny!... I started on 100mg yesterday (one tablet).

I occasionally feel a mild brain zap (that awful sensation you get in your head if you cold turkey off zoloft, or taper off it too fast). I wonder if it's the SJW "detoxifying"? Because I normally don't feel the zaps unless I forget to take Z 2 days in a row.

By the way, I love the flavor of the St John's Wort tincture! I add it to water and it makes a delicious "tea"
