I feel the difference with the new doctrine for sure, it's TRULY amazing how it works

Takes off a huge load of having to think what to run next - as you mentioned, one can then really concentrate on other supportive stuff like detoxing and meditating, exercising etc.

YES - I already start thinking of exercising!! A huge difference for me, even a few weeks ago or actually few days ago I felt like not able even to move

THANK YOU SO MUCH for coming up with the doctrine!!!!
It's amazing salvation in the healing process.
