milk thistle and Liver-Flush are two completely different ways to tune up your liver. Don't be confused. Liver Flush takes care of physical part- gets rid of liver/gallbladder stones. Milk thistle helps regenerate liver cels, helps to keep up glutathione levels. One cannot substitute the other. Why don't you do both. And milk thistle is better alcohol preparation: since sylmarin is a fat soluble substance alcohol extract is the best way to ingest it, not pills. Get Schulze's or some other good milk thistle preparation or better yet- make your own!
