For most of my life, I've felt as if something has been watching me all the time. By the time I was 12 I started doing research and realized that it must have been some sort of "alien". I decided to not freak out since I didn't believe they had ever done anything to me. But when I turned 16, the encounters became more frightening. They started to instill a feeling of fear and hopelessness in me and would come as near as 5 feet away from me. Sometime I could catch glimpses of them and saw that they gave off a silveryish-blueish aura-thing. Then, two days ago, I woke up at 2:00am and then the next the I knew I was being woken by my alarm clock at 6:30am. I couldn't remember anything that had happened but I felt cold and scared. The next night, the same thing happened. Now I'm afraid to go to sleep. What do I do?!
