Baby oil (any brand) applied topically - harmless, kills the irritation
Terbinafine cream (works a lot better than ketaconazole, clotrimazole, etc.) - effective, nukes the fungus
Also, topical steroids may provide relief from acute flareups, just don't expect them to make anything better in the long term - they make things worse (!). The idea is that you use them if you really must, say, before a date or an important business meeting. A good topical steroid would be in clear GEL form and should NOT contain various additives. In Eastern Europe, your best bet would be Flucinar gel (fluocinolone acetonide), but I'm not sure what's available in your area.

and, if your stomach is messed up, you have genital yeast infections, and/or you have other fungi elsewhere - dandruff, toenails, etc., then you are probably looking at a long course of systemic therapy (in layman's terms - prescription pills and lots of em).
