I know this is a kind of old post, but I am skimming over a search for the word fos(for probably the 10th time in the last 5 years) and I keep seeing you suggest it. There was a flare up of fos/inulin discussion over 5 years ago, and recently there is some more with you, but if you look at the older posts, you will see it is not just rumor. It seems that most people suffering from candida have negative result from fos.

So if candida can't feed on fos, and it must be something else, it doesn't change the fact that the people on this forum normally do not respond well to it. Is it a SIBO issue? Does something other than candida need to be addressed and how?
