I've been practicing UT for several years through all sorts of conditions.  I can tell by the taste of my urine what's going on with my body - and what I ate that I shouldn't have.  Toxins including heavy metals exit the body through the liver.  I eat lots of raw garlic which also removes toxins/heavy metals from the body - been doing that for years. 

You get many more contaminates from tap water than you do your own urine.  Thanks for the concern, but please don't worry.
