something weird happened about an hour ago.

I had diarrhea, horrible all water.

and I passed 5 stones!

I guess it just took awhile? I don't know, I wonder if anyone else has experienced this?

Perhaps the epsom didnt hit me as fast as others because of my eating disorders (which had a lot of laxative abuse).

I am def going to flush 2 more times and see what else comes out.

My skin look really good today too, its weird.
