I'm abit confused do u mean not to have liquids for 10 days b4 the LF, or only liquids 10 days b4 the LF? Or do u mean to eat solid foods instead of the liquids?

And I know I do not have candida, but I do have a 9 yr history of Eating Disorders, so I know my whole system is completely messed up and I have several health problems. That might be an issue.
