Just a heads up, you're obviously extremely smart and great at expressing yourself. It sounds like you already know you have candida, so diet is the main cure for you. You're so young you should be able to recover fairly quickly if you stay on a candida diet and build up your gut with kefir. If you like yogurt try milk kefir or if you drink soda make water kefir instead.

You even found Hv and this site. You're so ahead of everyone else, so congratulate yourself and go easy on yourself.   

I don't know why there's all this talk about how good your health care is in the UK when it's the same "sick care" we have here.
