my suggestion is that you'll lay on your back nearly an hour because the shocking situation is the OO&GJ.

Your liver may not be cleansing much on your 1st time but the process you'll take will make space for the future to come.
do not take any addition OO&GJ the next morning and wait the two weeks prior to the second LF.

Think and make yourself to belive that it will pass through without any extreem events and you'll transform your fears to attruct better evident.
