Ok, just an example from me. I always had an issue with weight, always needed to loose 5-6 kg (aprox 10-12 lbs). I tried it through fasting. Now I eat very healthy food and do not ristrict the amount of it (though try not to overeat). In the morning I eat fruits (or sometimes fresh juice from a juicer), then raw salad with some nuts (50-100-150g - it depends how much I love those nuts), and in the evening baked sliced (aprox half inch) potatoes with not refined oil of any kind with adding some spices like cayenne, paprica, cinnamon (...) or any type of porriage/ brown rice with baked onion/ and just a bit fried one and so on. Try to eat in fixed time and in the evening not later than 9 p.m (trying to shift it to 7 p.m). In the evening if I am hungry I have again fresh juice from a juicer. And as far as I can see every day on skale is minus 2/3 of a pound. And I know it will be happening unless my body will be in the shape I need to be then loosing weight will stop.. Yes may be it is a bit slow but I am surely getting to my perfect shape without starving myself and enjoying my food.

If u want to fast for a health reasons just prepare urself first for it. Get healthier before u start doing it, be comfortable with ur food habbits, be happy after each meal without any regrets and do what u think is right. Either go for number of days of a fast or just do it ones a week for 24-36 hours just to give ur entire system a rest. And ur body will thank u for that :)

Ps: adding my thoughts a few days after I posted this post here. Well, my weight loss is less and less not BUT I am almost 'there'. So it is understandable. My body now regulates itself and I do not want to interfere in it. Fo those people who needs to loose a bit more weight, the weightloss could be more than I had but it could be more or less the same. I do not think there is a need to worry about it too much. The main thing here is to BALANCE the body and let it function in a better way. If u loose ur weight gra-du-ally then it stabilises and u will not gain it quick if u eat for couple of days something not that healthy having, for instance, a party. We all can do it somethimes. But if u looose ur weight quick like during a fast then if u slip down and eat something bad after then u can gain it back quick too. During a fast u looose mainly water and the weight is not stable. Trust me upon it coz I read about it and it is just a common sense.

Ok, guys, not going into it too much. And it is totally ok for me that some people cannot agree with what I say. But if out of 50 people, who read ny posts, one or two persons listen to me and follow a safer path then I did not post in vain :) It is what counts for me the most :)...
