I always do Liver-Flush on the last day of MC. Works great - your colon is prepared to eliminate. You may sleep through the night without feeling sick.
I wouldn't do it on the weekday, thou. Just stay on Master-Cleanse till weekend and flush your liver then. You'll be glad you did.
Just don't forget to do enema, colema, colonic or SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) the morning after LF. This is very important, as Gallstones are very toxic.
