Twin Soles
( Flowing as we speak)

It took the fire
beneath my feet
to cook my limbs
with scorching heat

Twin soles were forged
In alchemy
A rift occurred
Split entity

I took a stand
On ember light
One half left
One half right

These twin soles
Revealed their talents
Quivering as
They held my balance

Now I walk
On hardened ash
And with each step
These soles, they clash

The conflict keeps
Me in a hover
While on my journey
I discover.

Unending passage
In spiral nature.
Is this my fate?
My nomenclature?
