Tizona, the trick to avoiding the salt bothering your kidneys is to take enough water with the salt. Water will flush the salt out thru the kidneys.

Some people eat salt and puff up IF THEY ARE NOT TAKING ENOUGH WATER. Also, be sure to mix the salt in the water so the salt is in solution. Also, with the C.
