your vibration will be higher - meaning you'll feel lighter and happier if you fill in those holes with the nutrition and frequencies that were missing in the first place. I've been on zoloft, paxil, clonopin, celexa, lexapro, effexor and neurontin over 10 years. Never more than 6-8 months on one cause I couldn't stand it but - I know how it feels. You will feel drastically different. Focus on your B vitamins while getting off. Do NOT SKIMP on B vitamins. Nutritional yeast, molasses, blueberries (even if they're frozen), spinach - all the B's you can possibly eat - DO. You need that extra B love to keep you from dipping and wondering if you were better off on the meds. I've seen it happen many times and I've helped many friends off meds but it's soooo hard to do it unless you're focusing on B's and oil. Take the elements needed while weaning and you'll have a much, much easier time of it.

Many of us very much understand how scary it is to get off meds - but it's time, you're ready - and you'll be SO much better off afterward. When it gets tough, remember that liver stagnation and accumulation contributed to the situation whereby you needed them (or your doc and brain told you you did) in the first place. You'll be clearing that which caused it in the first place - that is heads and tails better than adding to the liver burden with that which was gonna supposedly help the imbalance. Goodness, health and wholeness are here for you honey! Yay!!!!!
