Not only does the "selectable frequency" scale have ZERO relation to the generated frequency, but is has NO POSITIVE OFFSET, whick Clark said was critical.

More important, this is a surplus switching power supply with a really bad zapper circuit pasted into the box between a bunch of high voltage parts. I'm not in the habit of bad mouthing other people's experiments, but this one CAN ELECTROCUTE YOU.
