Round 2: Today is the 4th day off DMPS (Dosage: 100mg/ 3x per day, 4 days on 11 days off).

I feel very clear today (and it is 7 a.m.-no coffee yet) and have major energy. Feeling like this makes it all worth it!

Yesterday wasn't so hot. Rested the whole day and threw up once after taking a supplement containing Senna.

Also, I introduced Trans-D Tropin into my routine. I am not making a judgement call on this supplement just yet, because I don't enough imperical evidence. I feel very good when I take it, but that could be a coincidence. I will keep you all posted. I think I am going to go put on some music and dance because I feel that good! Woo-hoo!
