You may also want to consider these books about a mostly plant-based diet, which have been misrepresented as about weightloss only.........not true.

They are life-changing books for the better.

Personally I think they are the best ones out there, but everyone to their own.
McDougall and Professor T C Campbell also have very good reputations with information about plant-based diets, even claiming to reverse cancer amongst other health benefits.
