Hi! I'm pretty new to Kombucha brewing, (just started my 3rd batch). I'm wondering when bottling, what kind of flavorings to add and what quanities. I've read online where you could add fruits or juices, but I want to make sure I don't create any 'bottle rockets' as these can be quite dangerous when they explode.
