Thanks Hv, I do take some adrenal supporting herbs and minerals already and will continue to do so. I will try the licorice root as well. I can get organic licorice that contains 10% licorice root, would this be ok, as it is really hard to get any powdered herbs where I live, plus it tastes pretty nice.

This is not a chronic problem, but it is an intermitant one when the weather is hot an humid. Just like it is again today, sigh....
