Awesome message, Doc. Glad to see you here and glad to know that you made. That IS the biggest inspiration of all, you know. It is a tough walk, this getting your health back, and a long road to hoe, lots of stuff gets unearthed, literally. Buried parasites, fungus, drugs and debris, not to mention the emotional stuff that goes along with all that - the emotions of being sick and the realization of how I came to be that way. There are indeed so many layers to all of this. Yes, there is light at the end of the tunnel, but the route is circuitous and so there are times when it feels like the light is hidden. That is when those who walked before are so important and it is so vital to hear: "YES, I an still here."
You are so right about the order of cleansing: for us who were so, so sick, it is the liver first, it is the liver first, it is the liver first! And, one does know when it is time to work on the next thing. Your body really does communicate what it needs. Have to be cleaned out enough to hear it, though. Then, it is on the next challenge, over and over, till, hopefully, it is done and just maintenance. I am not there yet. But, I am very grateful for this program, thank you for saving my life. I truly would not have made it had you not walked this walk.
