I would reccomend vitex over the progesterone cream. The cream can build up in you and give pretty bad side effects as well. Vitex works more indirectly but it will take a while for it to have an impact. If you go to the truth in medicine forum there are several discussions on both, as well as the proper dosing for the vitex. If you are trying to get pregnant, however, the vitex is not for you.
