I'm sorry you feel as if I have misdirected my message. However, I placed my message under your name as though you offered an apology, to me it did not seem sincere. In my opinion, you have completely disregarded any form of apology to InnerCalm.
Feel free to speak about whatever you wish, Turiya, but please refrain from making any personal attacks to individual posters (even with pet names).
It wasn’t much of a name calling. It wasn’t getting racial, it wasn’t discriminatory against one’s skin color or nationality. It had not sunk into the depths of vulgarity. Beavis and Butthead are cartoon characters. In response to a previous message, IC himself has said that he is related to another cartoon character – Walt Disney’s Jiminey Cricket.
But it seems that you are hitting the scene a little late, and at the same time showing some bias, as to when this sort of ‘cartoon’ name calling first appeared. For it was very shortly after my post was given a triple R rating (within the same thread) that IC threw ‘Elmer Fudd’ in my direction. This is the very first moment for a name call to be tossed at anyone of us in this forum. It came from IC – and no apology was expected of him to be given to me at that time. http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1545188
Certainly I can say I am sorry that you feel that I’m the one who started this kind of name calling. It’s the same kind of apology that you gave in your above post to me (not very sincere). Then, too, I can say to IC – sorry, but now we are even. I am sure he will understand.
Being a referee can be a difficult task. If the players see that if the ref is not going to make the calls when the fouls occur, and/or is showing bias, then its only a matter of time that the players will begin taking matters into their own hands. It’s the nature of the game of soccer, it’s the nature of this game too. I've been a soccer referee for more than 15 years - I can understand your position. A good question to ask yourself is: Am I showing bias?
Cheers - turiya
