I don't think so, I've never really had adrenal issues, and it is only during the really hot weather, 39-45C that I seem to have this problem with low blood pressure, the rest of the time my blood pressure is perfectly normal.

This is what makes me think its more of an electrolyte imbalance, rather than an ongoing issue.
