Check out The Yeast Connection and Women's Health by William G. Crook. I read that after I read that a yeast infection is a fungus that lives in your gut and makes you crave the foods it lives on. I followed a yeast-free diet and took Diflucan and fixed mine that I'd had for 25 years. You're only supposed to have to take one Diflucan pill to fix it, but I had to take it every day for 2 1/2 months.
