I'm not sure what to do, I have recipes from different plant based diet books, but they sound so bland. Then I read fasting can reset your taste buds and can make switching over easier. But I'm not excited about fasting either, and I would hate for it just to be a waste of time if I had to go through it. I guess there is no easy way out.
