I'm really overweight. I'm 5'6 and weigh around 245 pounds. My weight isn't going up anymore but my stomach seems to be getting larger and larger, and it's really starting to scare me. What is going on with my stomach? It's just been a week and in a week it seems like it's grown, my jeans don't fit as well.

So I'm am going to do a fast for a while and then start a plant based diet avoiding, processed foods, meat and dairy.
I could just do the diet, but I'm freaked out by my stomach, that maybe I need to start with something more harsh.
I'm not constipated or anything, I have no problems with my bowel movements.
