Rather than taking Epsom Salts all the time maybe you need to do Liver Flushing more often. Maybe once a week for a while until your gall bladder calms down.

If I have to take Epsom Salts to stop a gall bladder attack I do a Liver Flush as soon as possible after that, usually the next day.

Have you changed what you eat ?
