I use both bee pollen and the egg white protein mix (sugar free vanilla is delicious) and have no problems. The aminos in the egg white protein and nutrients in bee pollen are quite high for a food source.

That said, it is known that bee pollen can contain mycotoxins, fungi, and yeasts.
