I bought an inversion table this week and have inverted about 6 times since I got it. Usually for 5 minutes or less, but a couple of times for 10 minutes (but not at a steep angle). I feel like I have been hit by a truck. Body aches all over. I have been eating more raw this week too, so that might be contributing. But I just wonder can doing the inversion cause a detox reaction or healing crisis of some sort?
