Just do it, don't tell them what you're doing unless you are under their responsibility age or treatments).
If however they see you tell them that you experiance something your friend told you about - all of us here are friends of yours.
Do however tell them after your 3d Liver-Flush what were you doing and what was the results - you may then show them the stones and ask if they would like to join you too.
