I used Mrs Chang´s herbs for about eight months. Chinese Bitters everyday - early morning. Ans GCG before lunch. I felt really well with her herbs. i just stopped because i found two alternative options here whichh were also efficient and that i did not have to import.

I used to take her tinctures non stop and I am sure it was a great help for my succesful flushes.
