Oh thanks, I thought one can make whey from kefir, similar to making whey from yogurt, but I never did it. I will make whey from raw kefir on my next batch.

What are the health benefits from drinking whey? The question may be elementary to some experts, but I would like to know what all of the benefits from drinking whey itself.

I use whey mainly to ferment my vegetables and I am sure there are plenty of things I can use whey for.
