I took Chanca Piedra. As I am very sensible I started with the small dose of 5 drops 2 times daily, it was o.k. so I inceased the dose quiet fast to 60 drops 2 times daily. As already mentioned here in Curezone, the taste of Chanca is nice. And yes, it helped me with the flush, even if my last flush was not a "terminatorone" it was better than the ones before. Stuff came out mashed and green. I noticed as well that Chanca Piedra cleanses the kidneys too. I think it would we very helpfull for everyone taking it, to drink a lot during this time. I bought it from "Raintree-Health". I'm going to prepare my next flush with Julia Chang's Herbs, so I can tell you my different experiences afterwards. But I haven't already started the stuff because of a bad flu. How much of Julia Chang's Herbs did you take?
