hey spud it wasnt really that i was senstivtive, i was ok with 1 tab, then 2 tab was fine but i kept getting told that i should raise it, and its when i got to the 50mg mark i cant remember if thats 3 or 4 or even 5 pills but thats when alot of bad things started happeniing for me. I couldnt lie on my back without it pounding so hard.

then i was told to keep upping the dose as it was mainly bromine/heavy metal detox, for a bit i did up it slightly then i thought cold turkey time and it went away instantly. I did my research but as with alot of things its hard to tell with differing sources one says it pees out the other says it causes hyperthyroidism, i asked on the Iodine forum what the score was with excess and that from my experience we should tread caution and was banned instantly for saying is Iodine excess bad.
