I think if u know u could overeat or break ur fast not correctly then better not to fast at all, dear :)

Our life is not all about the fast. Eat healthy food ideally on 50% raw and more and if u really want to then fast 24-36 hours a week - and u will get BRILLIANT results. I promise u!
