Wow, I hadn't heard of that, thanks for posting it. The amount of egg plants I've eaten over the last couple of months, I'm never gonna have to worry about cancer :)

We are only just finding out how usefull members of the Solanaceae family are, in treating all types of disease.

Egg plants have a good load of vitamins and minerals as well.
