Yes, the olive oil and grapefruit, or lemon does cause the gall bladder to contract.. that pushes the stones out. The passing of stones is eased by the Epsom Salts - they dilate your bile ducts and the stones pass out smoothly by the oil itself.
I have doen four and they have been painless and productive... I was terrified of having more gall stone attacks - nope, easy peasy and got out hundreds of stones. I can digest steel now. Well, almost.. LOL
My digestion is now easy, smooth and so normal as to be almost unnoticable.. and I have no pains or strange hollow feelings in my shoulders anymore.
