hello everyone!

I have Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and have never tried the LF. I'd like to but I don't think I could go through that all, not eating, drinking juice all day etc, do u know if I can find a way to get there more smoothly? is there a shoter version or sthg i could do to help my liver without going through all the usual procedure?
