I have been doing some reading and I think i have a hiatal hernia. One thing that helped me pin point it was a site that mentioned that if you breath in, and your solar plexus (under breast plate) does not move, but instead your shoulders move, you more likely have a hiatal hernia.

I also have that feeling that food is stuck right in that area and the heart burn after eating. I also have bloating and burping.

I found some good videos that show how to get the stomach back down, I will give those a try and see if I get improvement, if not i might go to a chiro.

my question for now is, is there anything I can take to keep the heart burn feeling at bay?
