i am NOT a vegan, i eat meat sometimes. i dont have a good feeling about eating raw meat, ive had numerous bouts of sickness & vomiting after meat has spoiled, i cant imagine how itd be like for me eating it raw. id rather not go down that path

i dont see how any particular food will cure eczema. i dont want to become a carnivore or anythnig else extreme. my eczema has on random times, CLEARED UP ITSELF in certain areas without explanation. i did NOT chnage my diet.
i did fasting, extreme diet changes eliminating entire food groups, which only made things WORSE & which lasted the whole time & did not reverse itself ever since. i regret it, epsecially taking advice from someone without any knowledge about health (he was a damned counseling therapist, misdiagnosing me)

all i am asking for is a successful FLUSH, not a drastic diet change. thats like only correcting the symptoms, where even after cheating ONCE, A WHOLE PLETHORA OF SYMTOMS SUDDENLY RETURN. i already said a million times that diet changes work against me, i am different & want an alterative solution
