Thanks for all the info! After I wrote the last message.... more huge stones have been expelled. It is a scarey thing when I saw how large they were getting! Makes me wonder how many more "large" stones there are! Whew, I feel SO much better now!

I just did all the dishes, washed the kitchen floor, did laundry, and I still have a lot of energy!

Ya know, this flush was much better than the first one. (this is number 2) LOL. I made a funny. Anyway, I was wondering.... where do you get ph strips? I know before I started flushing I was zapping everyday and noticed bumps on my wrists and actually burn marks that are still aparent. I would greatly appreciate any info you would have on ph strips!

I was just thinking today.... I have cut out the coffee, the sweet & low - that was very difficult to do! But, I have no intentions of going back! ugh, to think I drank the stuff!! I am going to try to get off of meats entirely this next month. Seeds and nuts only for this gal! I do eat a lot of vegies... love em'!
