Do not push your liver too hard!!!
Follow the procedur step by step with no easy ways (no apple juice with the Magnesium Suiphate' perhaps use 15grs X 4 unstead of 2 tea spoon for each 6AM/PM, 8AM/PM drink.
if it dos not come out, after your morning drinks, at 10AM drink 1/4 cup OO (Olive-Oil) + 1/2 cup GP rest for 20 minutes and again MS water at 12 and see what's going on...
