Oh jeez. It isn't the Iodine at all, as you say, but what the Iodine displaces. No question. I have never ever had zits (aside from a once-in-a-while hormonal one on the heels of my cycle). When I started Iodine supping I suddenly had a face full of them as well as a raging headache and red eyes. Well, I am still iodine supping and my face is now as clear as clear could be. In fact, I get compliments on my complexion every week. Pfffft.
What a load of bs.
