I started him out with a couple of drops 2 times a day for a couple of months, then we just used it when he would catch a cold. He only needed his inhalers and breathing treatments when he was sick with a cold, but after we started him on the drops and he became sick again, he never needed the steroids anymore. You can boil a pan of water and put 2 or 3 drops of oregano in the water and breath the steam too. That always helped open up his airways when he was sick too.
