Not just add something to the mix, but remove something to repatent it for another seemingly temporary monopoly.

Look at Celexa - > Lexapro

All they did was remove one of the mirror image elements that did not have as much action. But, it did have less side effects. Yet, $3 a pill or more daily easily depleted $100.00 a month. I'm sure they'd charge more if they could.
