Hi LoricaLady - As one who has been dealing with Depression and adrenal fatigue for many years, I can't image how cold showers would help either condition. I think it would be a shock to your system, and would put unnecessary, extra strain on your adrenals. I've always found hot showers and soaking in a hot bath to be helpful for both my Depression and AF.
